From the plan for the “lookout project” provided, design the structural requirements for footing, stumps, bearers, joists, flooring, posts, verandah beams, and pitched roofing components.
The lookout is to be constructed in an N4 wind rating area. The client requires the project to be constructed from 117 seasoned hardwood with Merbau decking.
The client has obtained a geotechnical report for the site which has come back as an “S” site. A table has been supplied to record all the information for the project.
