Task 1

For this assessment task, students are required to read and case study and conduct a role-play. The student’s task is to conduct a meeting with their Senior Manager i.e. the Trainer for reallocation and negotiation of the budget as provided in Appendix A for the given scenario. During the meeting, they must clarify budget plans with the manager and negotiate changes to the budget. They will then identify and analyze risk to the budget and prepare a contingency plan to prevent or minimize the risk. Students have to document their meeting minutes and write a contingency plan using the Contingency Plan template provided to you in Appendix B. students are allocated 60 minutes to complete this task.

Task 2

Project Plan In this assessment, students have to develop a written project plan on implementing financial management approaches for the given scenario on the ABC Hotel C. Your project plan should reflect on how you would communicate budget to your team members and allocate roles and responsibilities with respect to software resources and system. You would be provided with 60 minutes to complete this task.

Task 3

Report In this assessment, students have to develop a written project plan on implementing financial management approaches for the given scenario on the BABC Hotel. The project plan should reflect on how students must communicate the budget to the team members and allocate roles and responsibilities with respect to software resources and systems. Students would be given 60 minutes to complete this task.
